What this site collects

This website is a set of static pages. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, embeds no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers, and has no forms. Simply reading it does not create an account or a profile.

The hosting provider processes standard technical request data (such as IP address, user agent and the URL requested) to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. That processing is the provider's, and it is not combined by us with anything else.

If you email us

If you write to jared.cook@nextenergylp.com we receive your message, your address and anything you choose to include. We use it to respond to you and to evaluate the matter you raised, and we retain it for as long as the matter and our record-keeping obligations require.

We do not sell correspondence and we do not add correspondents to a marketing list.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to jared.cook@nextenergylp.com and we will deal with the request.
